Contactless Click and Collect Process

During Level 4 lockdowns we offer a contactless click and collect service. Here's how it works.ffering a contactless click and collect service for local customers.

How it works

1. We'll email to let you know when your click and collect order is ready for you to collect. For in stock items like toys and clothing this should be within hours. For larger items like cots and prams it may be a couple of days but we'll give you an ETA via email.

2. Park your car outside the store and phone us on 09 630 1960 . Let us know your name and order number.

3. We'll ask you to pop the boot of your car and hop back into the driver's seat.

4. We'll come outside and put your goods in the boot of your car.

5. You'll need to close your own boot.

+ For larger items like cots you will need to bring an extra person to help you carry it to the car. We are unable to help you lift your cot to the car during Level 3.

++ For car seat installations, you will need to wait outside the store while we install the seat in your car.
