We're looking for a sales person to join our high performing team. Could it be you?

5 days per week, 9:15am - 4:45pm, Sunday to Thursday. 

Based at our 20122 store, you'll be serving customers, stocking the shelves, working on the website, and packing online orders. After full training you'll also be installing car seats in customer's cars.

 Retail experience is a bonus, but it's not necessary as full training will be given.

Job Description

As Salesperson your responsibilities will include:

Product sales, demonstrations, and car seat installation
Demonstrating strollers to customers and making recommendations based on their lifestyle
Become a qualified Child Restraint Technician
Correctly install car seats in customer’s cars
Maintaining the Customer Walk In Sheet

Updating the website, maintaining shopify, and receiving orders
Receiving orders, pricing, placing on the shop floor for sale
Updating shopify as required
Loading new products to the website

Communicating with customers
Via email, phone, facebook messenger, live chat, and ig messenger, all messages to be replied to within two business hours.
Most importantly, acknowledging and communicating with customers in the shop
Checking and replying to voicemail daily.

Keeping the store clean
Daily vacuum, weekly front window clean, general tidying, dusting of the store and products as required

Other responsibilities as they arise
Attend the monthly online team meeting.
